The two-module program, titled “Executive Program in Real Estate Development”, covered the fundamentals of property development and the market forces that affect each sector of the real estate market: residential, commercial, and retail. The course, with practical examples and case studies provided, offers a holistic view into the issues and decisions that are involved in the property development process, with additional support on how Real Estate Market Analysis can help assess key property sectors.
