The manufacturing facility has highly specific property requirements. The tenant had one particular location in sight, but the landlord was overseas and was extremely particular, not only on rentals but on good personal relationship too.
How we helped
VestAsia was able to employ a strategic negotiation approach that fostered a positive relationship between Medtronic and the landlord. Through careful analysis of the landlord’s preferences, we saw an opportunity to establish a personal connection and recommended the gesture of expressing appreciation by sending flowers.
This built rapport and laid the groundwork for a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship between the tenant and the landlord. It propelled the negotiations forward, ultimately resulting in a successful lease agreement for Medtronic.
