Our Role
We assisted Nordic Hamburg to open their Hong Kong branch office in 2016, and subsequently, their recent renewal.
How we helped
Due to the landlord's renewal rate offer not being in line with the ongoing market correction, we utilised unconventional methods and gathered other tenants within the building to form a larger leverage to negotiate with the landlord. As a result, we achieved a 20% deduction from their existing extension offer, and the client was pleased with the outcome.
