After discussions with the client, VestAsia was able to identify a luxurious penthouse site at The Chelsea for Project S. We were able to negotiate a favourable lease for the client, providing them with the site overlooking the landscape in Sheung Wan from the top floors.
Project S, located at the luxurious penthouse in The Chelsea, is now the largest independent spinning studio in Hong Kong featuring two big spaces for their strength and cardio mixed workouts and 22 spinning bikes.
