It is the one and only modern and fully air-conditioned shopping complex in Segamat which is located adjoining the main Bus & Taxi Terminal and adjacent to the railway station.

The Challenge

This is a multi-tenanted retail complex which the usual passive institutional investors will not be able to manage.

How we helped

We found a Malaysian retail REIT to invest into this regional Mall who has a on-the-ground team to actively manage the asset and negotiated to a final sale price of RM165 million. The project was facilitated by VestAsia’s licensed associate in Malaysia, Summer Realtors.
