Our Role
VestAsia initially received an appointment to locate an ideal site for their showroom in Hong Kong. Following a successful launch, Neways once again contacted VestAsia seeking assistance in expanding their operations to Thailand.
How we helped
Successfully found a site in Hong Kong and managed negotiations and fit-out process.
Invited to Thailand to conduct a site search that aligned with Neways' operations, considering factors such as after-office hour access, an efficient lift system for group visitors, and nearby parking facilities.
Initially considering a conventional business district, we realized the heavy traffic in the area may not be suitable. As an alternative, we suggested the Ratchada district, located just 3 MRT stops away from the main business district of Sukhumvit.
Neways leveraged their international brand and projected footfall and we egotiated an international standard lease with preferential rates.
Invited to oversee fit-out project management, including interviewing designers, issuing tenders, and making frequent visits to monitor the fit-out process.
