We were appointed as their tenant representative to handle the negotiations for the renewal or relocation of their Hong Kong office.

Successfully negotiated a competitive package for both the renewal and office expansion by leveraging our position with the landlord, highlighting the potential loss of Nordic Semiconductor's in-house expansion.
By opting to expand within the existing building, we were able to achieve significant cost savings in terms of renovation and relocation logistics.
Nordic Semiconductor expressed satisfaction with the results, and shortly thereafter, we also provided assistance for their offices in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
