Our Role

We assisted Perrett Laver on their Hong Kong office expansion project in 2016 and their recent renewal of their office.

How we helped

With the consolidation plan in place, our client had to return a portion of the office back to the landlord, which may result in minimising their leverage for renewal negotiations with the landlord. We deployed out-of-the-box strategies, along with strategic timing, to conclude a package that includes a combination of temporary relief and a long-term discount.
